FIRST THING TO DO IS CHECK AND SEE IF YOUR BUSINESS IS ALREADY REGISTERED on the platform by following the instructions in the following video. After the video, follow the instructions below for the scenario that best fits you.

SCENARIO 1: Found your business! You pre-registered.
Great - check mail! We sent you an email on September 17, 2021 at 8am Pacific Time.
Check your inbox for your “Welcome to PinpointCLN” email. Make sure to also check your SPAM or JUNK folders.
Please note: Many people these days have multiple emails, be sure to check all the personal and business email accounts you may have used to register. When you find the email, click the blue link in the email to reset your password. Once you reset your password, you will then be able to LOGIN to the platform.
No Welcome Email?
No worries, request "Forgot Password" email, and enter the email you used to register your business!
SCENARIO 2: Did NOT find your business. First-time registrations.
